This happens because the URL where your KanBo documents are stored belongs to your SharePoint / Office 365 (i.e. https://[myCompany].sharepoint.com/sites/kanbo). KanBo itself uses a different URL because it's being executed on a different server than your SharePoint / Office 365 (i.e. https://[myCompany].azurewebsites.net/intranet/1).
In order to see the image thumbnails please add your SharePoint / Office 365 URL and your KanBo URL to trusted sites in your browser.
Go to Tools > Internet Options > Security.
Click the Trusted Sites icon, then click Sites.
Click the 3 horizontal lines icon on the far right of the Address bar.
- Click on Settings, scroll to the bottom and click the Show Advanced Settings link.
- Click on Change proxy settings.
- Click the Security tab > Trusted Sites icon, then click Sites.
- Enter the URL of your Trusted Site, https://selfservice.frontier.edu, then click Add.
- Click Close > OK.
From the Firefox menu, go to Tools > Options ....
On the left side of the window that opens, select Security.
Then select Exceptions.
After the Exceptions window opens, you will need to put the URL in to add it to the exceptions list.
Then click Save Changes and you can close these windows.
