KanBo Errors Reporting

In certain scenarios you will approach errors showing up in KanBo. A following communicate will be visible in any view of KanBo.

You can choose to send this error to us or close the communicate - in this case, the error log won't be send to our support team and KanBo will reload.

If you choose to send us the error, our support team will receive information about your KanBo, a person who approached the error as well as the error's log.

All collected data is kept in our internal inbox and we don't share it publicly. The KanBo Error reporting feature's gives us a possilibity of getting the error log quickly and saves the time of a customer, since he or she doesn't have to copy and send the error log to our support team anymore.

This gives us a chance to respond to any encountered issue rapidly and to fix it.

This is an example of report which our support team receives to our internal inbox.
