Add paths to Folders and Documents on network shares

Now you can add a link leading to your network drive or local path where your Folder or Document is stored. Example of such path can be i.e.: C:\files or C:\myfiles\document.docx. You can add a link into any type of KanBo element: notes, messages, todo list's items.

To add a link, simply open a rich text box in a KanBo element, select Add link buttonĀ and enter your local path.

Now enter or copy the URL/Path into the text box and in the next screen, enter the Text that will be displayed for this link/path.

Your link to a local/netshare drive path is ready. Once you click on this link, your local path will be copied to your clipboard, so you can paste into your File Explorer on your PC to get to your files.
