Force email notifications for users

While on-boarding users to KanBo, you will need to help users get to know it. One of the biggest impacts on users' adoption is simplicity of finding relevant content. As a KanBo guru, you probably know how important is to be up to date. That's why we introduced email notifications feature. But what if users don't want or don't know yet how to turn them on? You can help them by using following tip.


Remember to do a database backup before trying this. If you are familiar with SQL, you can force this setting in the table [dbo].[ProfileSettings] in KanBo profiles' database. Simply set bolded setting to 1 (15 minutes), 4 (60 minutes), 96 (24 hours) or to 0 to turn them off.
