In case you are updating KanBo 2.1 or 2.2 to KanBo 2.5, you will have to repair Document Sources as well. This action should be performed to maintain a good performance of Document Sources and connected functionalities i.e. documents versioning.
Use only local Office 365 (Azure AD) or Active Directory accounts while performing this procedure. Do not perform this procedure using external user account.
To repair Document Sources, enter the Settings section on the left pane of KanBo.
Now select Document Sources.
You will see the whole list of Document Sources attached to KanBo. Click on the button and then select "Repair all".
Repair can take up to a couple of minutes, depending on a number of Document Sources.You will see repaired Document Sources as marked with a green bar.
The repair is done.
