When our users go to the Kanbo site, they still receive a certificate error. I have tried putting the certificate we created into the trusted root authority, but that didn't work.
Did you buy the SSL certificate from a regular provider? The certificate error comes if you have created it yourself and your root authority is not set correctly in your domain. Unfortunately, we cannot help you with this problem because it is an infrastructural issue. The certificate error might cause problems in KanBo since it expects the SSL to work correctly. Other thing worth trying is opening a ticket at Microsoft.
