Subcard Groups

In a scenario where a single Card is complex and covers a set of activities which need to be completed, you can use a Subcard functionality. Subcards are collected inside Subcard groups. A subcard is a card which is related as a child to original card.

Create a Subcard group

Subcards are collected in a Subcard group which can be simply added by selecting "+Add new element" and then choosing Subcard group item. 

Tip: You can convert entire To do list into a Subcard group. In this case a new Subcard group will be created with the same name. You can chose a destination board and list where these subcards will be created. To do items will become subcards in this group.

Adding subcards to a Subcard group

All Cards added as Subcards will become a Child in the relation to the current Card. You can switch to Relations view using a button on the left pane.

Collapse Subcard group

You can collapse the Subcard group just like you can with other Card elements using the following button.

Change order of Subcards and Subcard groups

You can change the position of subcards in a Subcard group by using Drag&Drop.

You can also move the Subcard group between other Card elements using drag&drop.

Progress bar

In case any of subcards gets completed, you will see a progress bar indicating progress of completing subcards within a group.

Removing a Subcard group

To remove a subcard group, select  and then Remove. All subcards will be removed as well as their Child relations.

You will be prompted with communicate "Are you sure?" before removing the relation.
