Here you can put your feature requests for KanBo
Hallo liebes KanBo-Team,
wie kann die Reihenfolge von Kategorien in den Board-Einstellungen geändert werden?
Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Hello Support Team,
is it possible to connect our Emailadress with existing KanBo Board?
We want to create new cards by getting content by incoming Emails.
is it a technical possibility to show the nr. of new and open activities in a linked Board or separate KanBo instance in the Link in a Board?
i´m working in my NextDBI KanBo and have a link to a Board i share with Michal from Kanbo. It would be helpful if i can see the number of news and open activities in the linked board from my KanBo.
Difficult i think. But still if we can offer this „only“ for KanBo, it could be a good reason for more KanBo usage i think.
We have a case where we need to provide progress reports to management and also align with other colleagues on topics with each sprint. We need to generate an excel list of cards. This just needs to be a simple list of card names, members, labels, list, and progress/status.
Ideally, we should be able to export a list directly from KanBo based on the filters we have applied (so export the list of cards that we are currently seeing on screen).
The KanBo Data Collector does not help, as this is too detailed and too time consuming to filter through only the required topics and updates.
Alternatively, If we could see this type of view (listed basic information) directly on KanBo then we could just copy & paste the information easily into excel. This simple view report is essential and high priority for this tool to be useful in our business.
We would like to archive based on labels so that I need not to create board for each week/month.
Currently in my project we want to archive tasks created or each week, it'll help us in nit creating multiple boards
Setting and changing card relations visually in Gantt view is a great feature. What is missing, is possibility to also delete relations, possibly as a pop up when clicking in an endpoint of a relation
Hi, we have a board with 4 lists (upcoming topics, current week, next week, next month). The idea is to show how is the workload for each user. But when I take the user list then I see the cards sort by youngest to oldest, unfortunately this doesn't help.
It’s possible that the user can define a own sort rule? In our case current week, next week, next month, upcoming topics? So we would see better the current workload status.
Thx a lot!
There will be a feature allowing you to sort by date in each list in each view. But KanBo cannot know the meaning of your lists so we do recomend the usage of due dates - just for orientation.
Is it possible to export the calendar e.g. as an ICS so that we could import the dates in our regular calendar (which in our case is Lotus Notes based)?
